Halloween theme lunch meeting on Wednesday October 26th

Hello everyone.

We would like to invite you to our Halloween theme lunch meeting on Wednesday October 26th at 12 noon. Once again, we will be having an individual wrapped lunch from Marilu’s Market. To make it more exciting, we will be having a table vs table Halloween trivia game. Costumes are optional but we encourage you to let loose and have some fun getting dressed up. We are reintroducing our 50/50 tickets sales. 1 for $2 or 3 for $5. I will be selling them at the front table.

I have attached the link to the MODC waiver to acknowledge the Covid-19 virus/photo release for anyone who has not yet complete it. My contact information is below if you have any difficulties completing the online form. It only has to be completed once.

Once again, you must complete a Covid health screener the day of the meeting. I will send out a separate email with the link the morning of the meeting. I will have the health screener at the front table if you forget to complete it online. Please stay home if you don’t feel well.

We will be giving out prizes for the best male and female costumes

A special note : Please park at north end by the soccer field. The ROCK has the use of the front lot from 9-5pm.

Welcome Back to our In-Person General Meetings

I'm so excited to announce we are finally back to in-person meetings. We have decided to change our meetings to a lunch hour instead of in the evening. It will be much better in the winter months to have in the day time. It will be same 4th Wednesday of the month but from 12:00-2:00pm instead. We will continue to provide catered food & drinks for all. September's meeting will be a Welcome Back to our Chapter, What Did You Do This Summer. Greg may have a game or two that we can all participate in. MODC has mandated that the executives (volunteers) wear masks. It is your choice if you want to wear one. We will have a box of masks at the front table. MODC has mandated that you fill out an online waiver to acknowledge the covid virus / photo release. It must be completed before the day of the meeting. Some members have already completed one for the picnic in July. It only has to be done once. Our Wonderful In-person picnic at Lasalle Park July 13th

We had a great turnout on a fabulous weather day under the huge trees of Lasalle park. The food and drinks were well appreciated by all attendees. It was so nice to see each other again after the long pandemic. Below are pictures of a few of the attendees enjoying the day!
