In Hospital Stroke Survivor Visitation Program at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital PDF Print E-mail
Purpose: To provide hope and encouragement to stroke survivors and their families via a peer support program. Procedures: The patient/family will contact the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital (JBMH) Stroke Care Coordinator (Amy deHueck) at 905-632-3737 x5762 to request a peer visit.
