Stroke Recovery Canada - Burlington

Welcome to the website of the Burlington Chapter of Stroke Recovery Canada. The purpose of this site is to give an online presence to the Chapter, and to help Burlington area stroke survivors and their families learn about our services.

The website will also try to build upon the already strong community feeling within the chapter by offering website and email services to members.

Stroke Recovery Canada - Burlington Chapter is not assocated with Heart and Stroke Foundation or it's affiliates.

Our Mission

Burlington Chapter of Stroke Recovery Canada is to support and promote the continuing recovery process and community integration of stroke survivors, caregivers and their families.
